These terms and conditions apply to anyone who uses cvshared, whether as a candidate or a recruiter. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use cvshared.

cvshared is a platform that connects healthcare workers with recruiters. Candidates create a profile and earn rewards when recruiters pay to unlock and access that profile. Recruiters pay a fee per profile they unlock.
cvshared is currently in an early testing phase. Some features are operated manually and the platform is subject to change.
You must be 18 or over and have the right to work in the UK to register as a candidate.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not include false, misleading, or fraudulent information on your profile. cvshared reserves the right to remove profiles that contain inaccurate or inappropriate content.
When a recruiter pays to unlock your profile, a reward is added to your pot. The current reward per unlock is approximately £1, subject to change. Rewards accumulate in your pot and can be withdrawn once your balance reaches £10. Rewards are issued as Amazon gift vouchers sent to the email address on your account.
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred. cvshared reserves the right to withhold rewards where there is evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse of the platform.
By creating a profile on cvshared, you consent to your profile being visible to and unlockable by verified recruiters. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing hello@cvshared.com, which will result in your profile being removed from the platform.
Recruiters must register a business account and agree to these terms before accessing candidate profiles. You must provide accurate business and contact information.
Each unlock gives you access to a single candidate profile. Payment is taken per unlock via Stripe. Prices are confirmed at the point of purchase. All payments are final unless there is a demonstrable error on the part of cvshared.
Candidate data provided on unlock may only be used for legitimate recruitment purposes. You must not:
Breach of these obligations may result in your account being suspended and legal action being taken.

cvshared is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, except where required by law.
We are not responsible for the conduct of recruiters towards candidates or vice versa. We will take reasonable steps to address complaints but cannot guarantee outcomes.
All content on cvshared, including the platform, design, and copy, belongs to CVSHARED LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of cvshared without our written permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email where we hold a contact address for you. Continued use of cvshared after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
cvshared is in an early testing phase and the platform is subject to significant change as we develop it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
